The hearings aimed at creation of conditions for extensive open social dialogue concerning relations of Ukraine with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, prospects and benefits of its further extension, formation of adequate public opinion regarding Ukraine´s cooperation with the NATO.
The hearings were attended by the People´s Deputies of Ukraine, the leaders of central executive bodies executors of Ukraine-NATO Action Plan, the ambassadors of NATO member States and partners, representatives of international and non-governmental organizations, independent experts.
